I had ventured into pursuing my career in the Hospitality & events business industry within the second year of employment with ARAMARK Higher Education at the University of Alabama shortly after opening a fine dining restaurant, then quickly promoted to a location management position. With my 2nd year working for ARAMARK I was presentd an opportunity to switch departments in retail food service management, taking on a new role as the Off Site Catering Operations Manager.

The food was excellent and your attention to detail in arranging the tables and decorations means a lot. I also appreciate your concern and customer service. You were continuously following up with our staff to make sure everything was on point and our family members were happy. In the almost three years that I hove been at UA, I have never been more impressed�by an event with Classic Fare Catering.
