Our energy metric predicts employee turnover and performance and is a fast method to track and act to optimize employee energy. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We use predictive metrics to help managers understand the health of their team and to have robust dialogue with the team for improvement based on the data from employees.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Michigan. A lot of our work can be performed remotely.
Which areas do you service?
All industries and employee size, but we target small to mid-sized organizations.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are 100% woman owned by Dr. Theresa M. Welbourne. Kelvin Welbourn runs the daily operations. Both are company founders.
