How long have you been in business?
Gregg and Michele Greene started the company in Ann Arbor in 1995.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in ANY type of drain, whether sewer, storm, bathtub, parking lot drain - anything! But we also do sump pumps, toilets, garbage disposals, etc. We have a TV inspection division for any pipes 3" to 8" pipes. We also have a High Pressure Jetting division that can clean lines from 1 1/2" to 60" pipes! Lastly, we have a full service water and mold restoration service, to extract, disinfect. and dry any water loss you may have had.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working at Michigan Plumbing in Lansing, Michigan. I really enjoyed being out in the field and helping customers out of a jam every day - and still do!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in customer service, not plumbing. With full uniforms, boot covers, latex gloves, and ID badges you know it's a professional in your home (who has gone through thorough drug screening and background checks.) We then spend a considerable amount of time training our technicians to do it OUR way, not like the others. Then we equip them with the fastest and most powerful machines on the market, many of them specially modified for us. We also guarantee that we will leave your home as clean or cleaner than when we arrived.
You will never confuse us with another company, after having used us once.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only operate from one office, here in Washtenaw County. We are a local, family owned company, and intend to stay that way.

We are located in the Ann Arbor Commerce Center, by the old Border's world headquarters. But our mailing address is PO Box 3839, Ann Arbor, Mi 48106.
What type of payments do you accept?
We take cash, check, or any major credit card. If you are not on site, you can even call in the credit card over the phone, and our dispatcher will process it and send a technician out.
Which areas do you service?
All of Washtenaw county. We typically work from Manchester to Belleville, and from South Lyon to Milan. However, if you are farther out and your local guys can't handle it, we have gone up to Cheboygan and into Ohio.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Gregg and Michele Greene own the company. Gregg oversees the company on a daily basis, and Patrick Hogan is the service manager.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day. There is no extra charge until 10pm - so you can still go to work!
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We hear all the time, "That was the best home service experience we have ever had - for any type of problem" - and yet,we NEVER get sick of hearing it!
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Matthew 7:12 says "Do ye unto others as you would have them do unto you." We try to live by this policy, treating all of our customers as we would want to be treated. If there is a problem with our service, we will bend over backwards to make it right. Because that's what I would want too.
